SteamRoller is a platform that enables streamers to run fair, fraud-resistant giveaways across multiple streaming platforms. The Service uses Steam accounts as the primary identity verification method to ensure one entry per person.

3. User Accounts

  • You must have a valid Steam account to use SteamRoller.
  • You may only have one SteamRoller account per person.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any linked platform accounts.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Create multiple accounts or use alternate accounts to enter giveaways
  • Use bots, scripts, or automated methods to enter giveaways
  • Use VPNs or proxies to circumvent fraud detection
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
  • Attempt to manipulate or exploit the giveaway system
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten other users or streamers
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Giveaway Rules

  • Giveaways are hosted by individual streamers, not by SteamRoller.
  • Streamers set their own rules, eligibility requirements, and prizes.
  • SteamRoller provides the platform but is not responsible for prize fulfillment or streamer conduct.
  • Winners are selected using verifiable random number generation.
  • Fraudulent entries may be disqualified and accounts may be banned.

6. Streamer Responsibilities

If you use SteamRoller to host giveaways, you agree to:

  • Comply with all applicable laws regarding contests and giveaways
  • Fulfill prizes to legitimate winners in a timely manner
  • Not use the Service for illegal or fraudulent purposes
  • Respect user privacy and not misuse entrant data

7. Intellectual Property

The SteamRoller name, logo, and all related content are the property of SteamRoller. You may not use our branding without permission. User-generated content (giveaway titles, etc.) remains the property of the respective users.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PRIZES, PRIZE FULFILLMENT, OR DISPUTES BETWEEN STREAMERS AND PARTICIPANTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STEAMROLLER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PRIZES, DATA, OR PROFITS.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Banned users forfeit any pending giveaway entries or winnings.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be announced on the website.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
